Talens final varnish Matt 003

Purpose: Long-lasting protection of an oil painting (final varnish). Composition of glass bottle: synthetic resin, turpentine, waxes. Composition of spray can: synthetic resin, turpentine substitute, matting agent (silica) • Apply after the paint film has completely dried (with a normal thickness of the paint film after ± 1 year) • When applying with a brush, only apply one layer and spread in one direction only • Dries within a few hours • Does not yellow • Varnish in the bottle has a satin sheen, varnish in the spray can is more matt • Mixing with final varnish glossy 002 increases the degree of gloss • Can be diluted with turpentine • Clean brushes with turpentine substitute or turpentine • Dry varnish layers can be removed with turpentine substitute or turpentine • If cloudy, place bottle in warm water • Flammable (in spray can: very highly flammable)
