10. Warranty and liability
Warranty rights apply. Goleo Swiss is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for guarantees occurs regardless of fault. For slight negligence, Goleo Swiss is liable exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act, due to injury to life, body or health or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining General Terms and Conditions remains unaffected.
